Well to update everyone I want to say that our cows are doing great! I have one that loves me and will stand there and lick my hands but, as soon as Ricky gets in with her she is swinging her head and blowing snot out of her nose. I love it and I love her but, of course she is going to be the one we are going to eat next year. Can't have one that butts all the other animals and jumps the fences, as much as I like her he sure is going to taste yummy!My alpaca that was sick well, he died we still do not know why. Every other Alpaca is acting normal and eating good. I just love it when they run up to the fence because they think I have food and are all up in my face. We finally went and got our cows branded and boy was that fun! I let Rick do the branding, I figure he can learn to do that and I can do the vaccinations and all the other fun stuff. My book is still in the process of getting published. I also met a wonderful Lady her Name is Tera Lea Ferguson, you all should check out her book that she has written.
